Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your items. If you need to make a return, we will work hard to make it right! You have 30 days from delivery (or fulfillment date if local pick-up) to return your items. To begin a return, contact us at turtlepeachdesign@gmail.com so we can process your return correctly. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?

You will be eligible for a return if your items meet the following requirements:

unworn
unwashed
unaltered
no makeup stains
no deodorant stains
no animal hair
no smells of smoke
not final sale (see below for what classifies as final sale)
within the date ranges specified in the return policy

WHERE TO SEND YOUR RETURNS:

Fees: A fee of $8.95 is deducted for returns to the original payment method; however, this fee is waived if you select store credit.

If you are local to Dallas, you are welcome to drop your package off at our shop 217 Main Street, Dallas, Ga.

Proof of Purchase: For refunds to the original payment method, proof of purchase is required.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT?

We offer both! You can choose to get a refund to your original form of payment or if you choose to receive a gift card, we will add an extra $5 to your total amount (this can be used in-store or online).

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?

We ask that you allow up to 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our location!

DEFECTIVE ITEM:

Immediately contact us at turtlepeachdesign@gmail.com and upload photos of the damaged item and we will make it right!

Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
International Duties or Customs Charges
